Our Story on St. George Sound

A quiet oceanfront house built to last, built to welcome.
Beachfront living room with tan leather sofa and armchair, ocean view through glass doors, nautical-themed pillows, and wooden coffee table.

How We Got Here

Built Right, Built to Share

Paradise by the Sea started as a single vision: a well-made oceanfront house where families could actually relax. The original structure was built with care and high-end finishes that have held up over time. We've kept it that way because a house this solid deserves to be lived in, not just looked at. Today, we run it the same way we'd want someone to run our own home.
